Should your order arrive damaged or if there are missing items, please email us at isown2u@gmail.com with your order number within 10 days of delivery. We aim to respond within 24 business hours. For reports of damaged items, please include a photo of the issue, as this is necessary for our claims process. Sow Naturally Body & Skincare products are crafted with thoughtfully sourced, 100% natural, and preservative-free ingredients. As such, we guarantee optimal quality for six months following receipt.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
