Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no returns, exchanges, or refunds policy. If you have any questions before placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. Should your order arrive damaged or if there are missing items, please email us at isown2u@gmail.com with your order number within 10 days of delivery. We aim to respond within 24 business hours. For reports of damaged items, please include a photo of the issue, as this is necessary for our claims process. At Sow Naturally, we are committed to creating natural products that are safe, effective, and meet your expectations. We take pride in delivering exceptional quality and want you to be completely satisfied with our offerings.

Sow Naturally Body & Skincare products are crafted with thoughtfully sourced, 100% natural, and preservative-free ingredients. As such, we guarantee optimal quality for six months following receipt.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
